1. Bendrosios nuostatos

1.1 Ši privatumo politika reglamentuoja VšĮ Ekoprabos dirbtuvės (toliau – EKOPRABA.LT) ir http://www.ekopraba.lt kliento (toliau – Jūs, Jūsų) pagrindinius asmens duomenų rinkimo, tvarkymo ir saugojimo principus bei tvarką.

1.2 Jūsų asmens duomenų rinkimą, tvarkymą ir saugojimą nustato ši privatumo politika, Lietuvos Respublikos Asmens duomenų teisinės apsaugos įstatymas ir kiti teisės aktai.

1.3 E-parduotuvėje nurodydami savo asmens duomenis, sutinkate, kad EKOPRABA.LT juos valdys ir tvarkys šioje privatumo politikoje bei teisės aktuose numatytais tikslais, priemonėmis ir tvarka.

1.4 Mes įsipareigojame parduoti prekes fiziniams asmenims, kurie yra ne jaunesni nei 18 metų. Jei Jūs esate jaunesnis nei 18 metų, Jūs galite pirkti tik su tėvų ar globėjų sutikimu.

2. Asmens duomenų rinkimas, tvarkymas, saugojimas

2.1.4 Asmens duomenys saugojami ne ilgiau, nei to reikalauja nustatyti duomenų tvarkymo tikslai.

2.1.5 Asmens duomenis tvarko tik tie darbuotojai, kuriems suteikta tokia teisė.

2.1.6 Visa informacija apie tvarkomus asmens duomenis yra konfidenciali.

2.2 EKOPRABA.LT gerbia kiekvieno Jūsų teisę į privatumą. Jūsų asmens duomenys (vardas, pavardė, amžiaus grupė, adresas, telefono numeris, elektroninio pašto adresas ir kita e-parduotuvės registracijos formoje nurodyta informacija) renkami ir tvarkomi šiems tikslams:

2.2.1 apdoroti Jūsų prekių užsakymus;

2.2.2 išrašyti finansinius dokumentus (pvz., sąskaitas faktūras);

2.2.3 spręsti problemas, susijusias su prekių pateikimu ar pristatymu;

2.2.4 vykdyti kitus sutartinius įsipareigojimus;

3.1 Asmens duomenų perdavimas trečiosioms šalims

3.1.2 Pardavėjas turi teisę perduoti informaciją trečioms šalims, tik punkto 2.2 tikslams pasiekti.

3.1.3 Tik Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymų nustatyta tvarka.

4. Registracijos pateikimo taisyklės

4.1 Jūs registracijos formoje turite pateikti pilną, išsamią ir teisingą informaciją apie save. Jeigu registracijos formoje Jūs pateikiate netikslius, melagingus ar klaidinančius duomenis, mes turime teisę anuliuoti Jūsų registraciją ir ištrinti duomenis arba apriboti Jūsų galimybes naudotis e-parduotuve.

5. Slapukai (angl. cookies)

5.1 Informuojame, jog tam, kad galėtume pasiūlyti Jums visavertes paslaugas mūsų svetainėje, Jūsų kompiuteryje (įrenginyje) įrašome informaciją (slapukus). 7. Taisyklių keitimas ir baigiamosios nuostatos

7.1 EKOPRABA.LT turi teisę iš dalies ar visiškai pakeisti Privatumo sąlygas apie tai pranešdami e-parduotuvėje. Tolimesnis naudojimasis mūsų tinklapio paslaugomis reiškia šių taisyklių laikymąsi. Visi iškilę nesutarimai ir ginčai sprendžiami derybų būdu. Nepavykus susitarti, ginčai sprendžiami pagal LR įstatymus.
